PRECISION AT THE EDGES

A closer fit.
A cleaner finish.

Digital modelling and CNC cutting for the parts of the floor that demand more precision.

Where fitting takes time

Carpet tiles can be laid quickly across an open floor. The time-consuming work is often at curves, door frames, stair details, floor boxes and other floor fittings.

These areas are commonly cut by hand on site. Depending on the shape and cut, this can leave gaps or uneven edges.

From measurements to machine-cut shapes

We enter the required dimensions into modelling software and use a CNC machine to cut the planned shapes. The aim is a close, consistent fit against the surrounding edges, with less manual trimming on site.

Final fit depends on accurate measurements, site conditions and the material used.
